·         Saki was the son of Charles Augustus Munro and Mary Frances Mercer.

·         His real name is Hector Hugo Munro.

·         Born on December 18^th, 1870.

·         Died on November 14^th, 1916.

·         His works include the classic stories "Tobermory” and “The Open Window”

·         He is a British writer.
