My name is Maria
Cosentino, and I am from Fallston middle school. I have a wide variety of
hobbies that include playing sports, hanging out with friends and family
members, and going out on the boat. My favorite thing to do in my free time is
playing sports to better prepare myself for the season. There are many sports
John Carroll has to offer I would like to be a part of in my high school time.
I currently am a member of the girls jv volleyball team and hope to try out for
basketball and lacrosse. During sports I am supported by my family members. My
sisters, Jenna, my dad, and my mom all like to come and cheer me on and
practice with me in the off season. I also have a dog named Zoe who my family
and I just recently rescued and gave a loving home to. My favorite sport that I play is lacrosse. The
position I play is goalie and sometimes offence scoring goals. While I am doing
certain activities, I listen to music because it helps me concentrate more on
my work. Some of my favorite bands and singers include Taylor Swift, The
script, the fray, Daughtry, and many others. I have many goals in mind for my
first years of high school. I would like to continue to get good grades like
all A’s and B’s like I usually do. Also, I would like to be more prepared for
more test and quizzes then I was in previous years. I am looking forward to
having a fresh starting and meeting new people in John Carroll.
